Six new recruits join the Caremark network

Earlier in November six new franchisees completed their initial franchisee training at Caremark’s head office and are now into the next stage of their new business journey.

All new business owners undergo Caremark’s comprehensive in-house training course, giving them a thorough grounding in the care sector, the complex legislation which underpins it and Caremark’s business model, providing them a solid foundation from which to launch their new enterprise.

Commenting on the course itself, new franchisees for (Havering), Jugjeet & Baljit Bains said: “We found the training to be extremely informative and enjoyable.  We have learnt a lot and we’re looking forward to applying our new knowledge and training to our business.

“As new business owners we are most excited about being able to generate work for our local community and to make a difference to the lives of our local people.”

With territories taken across Caremark’s network, new offices will be opening in the weeks to come for (Birmingham South), (Havering), (Calderdale), (North Herts & Stevenage), further strengthening Caremark’s presence in the UK.

The new franchisees are now awaiting registration of their business by the Care Quality Commission, following which they will officially be able to trade and provide their in-home care and support service.

With the demand for bespoke home care on the rise the new business owners are keen to get going as quickly as possible and start meeting the need for home care in their local communities.

The next few weeks will be spent in marketing their new business and networking in their local business areas.
