The UK’s largest supplementary education provider launches national promotional campaign to attract new Instructor franchisees.
As part of its drive to expand its growing network of more than 650 UK and Ireland Instructor franchises, Kumon has launched a campaign to attract professionals, looking to move into the education sector. In the lucrative growth sector of supplementary education, Kumon are market leaders and offer the support of a global brand with more than 60 years of experience.
The promotional campaign, running across social media advertising, radio and in conjunction with The Telegraph.co.uk, presents a number of case studies where Kumon Instructors talk about how they changed career to join Kumon. They cite Ivy Mann from Southampton, who had previously practiced as a physiotherapist, studied for a PhD and, seeking a more rewarding career, recently opened her Kumon business within the local community.
Ivy Mann said: “I’ve always wanted a profession where I can make a difference. As a physiotherapist, my core aim was to help people achieve the best health they could. Kumon’s aim is very similar: helping each child reach his or her potential. If you’re stuck with any aspect of running the business, you can always ask for help – I have an area manager who I can turn to for guidance, and the training you receive is thorough”
