Caremark introduces new Compliance Managers to enhance franchisee support

The start of Autumn has seen the arrival of two further business professionals to the Caremark support team.
Alan Frew and Sharon Kemp join the Caremark team as field based Compliance Managers, covering the northern and southern territories respectively, working alongside the existing business development managers.
Both Alan and Sharon bring a wide range of skills to their new roles having worked at senior levels within the care sector, with a strong emphasis on compliance, management, quality assurance and leadership.
In their new roles, they will be focusing specifically on every aspect of compliance in relation to Care Quality Commission (CQC) industry regulations as well as the Caremark model.
Commenting on the new appointments, acting Managing Director David Glover said: “Ensuring compliance across all offices is crucial, not only for the delivery of the highest possible care service but also in terms of maintaining the brand’s strong reputation in the sector, already evidenced by the OUTSTANDING ratings awarded to two of our offices from the CQC.  We feel that by strengthening compliance guidance given to franchisees, businesses are supported to continue pursuing OUTSTANDING ratings from the CQC.”
These new appointments are an exciting addition to the head office team and a move which is seen to be advantageous to the entire franchise network.
With experienced professionals concentrating on business development and compliance respectively, Caremark’s franchisees can look forward to still further benefits from the comprehensive level of support they already receive.
